REFUND POLICY

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help.

Goods purchased online can be return or exchanged within 30 days of delivery after contacting us via  or Email

If you would like to exchange a product by visiting a vendors studio, please do contact us first so we can facilitate you.

– Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase/delivery with price tag & receipt

– Damaged, used, altered or engraved products cannot be exchanged

– Any refunds will be via cross cheque or through a bank transaction

PLEASE NOTE: Orders with engraving can only be processed on advance payment. Engraving orders placed with payment on Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be accepted and will be cancelled.
